We recently expanded Bluemoj with private messaging between users and push notifications. These new features — and our commitment to your rights under GDPR, the Apple App Store, and Google Play policies — require us to be fully transparent about how we collect and protect your personal data. We believe privacy is a right, not a formality. We only collect what is strictly necessary for the app to work. You are always in control: you can delete your data, revoke permissions, or remove your account at any time. This document explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected. By using Bluemoj, you agree to these terms.

Email and phone number are collected during registration. These details are publicly displayed for user contact. Registration means you fully consent to this. Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent.

Users are fully responsible for their listings. The following content is prohibited: • Pornography • Abuse, insults, threats, racism, hate speech • Violence • Illegal content • Misleading or deceptive information

The platform only provides hosting for content. We may remove any listing or block accounts that violate these terms.

You may request deletion of your account or data at any time.

When you grant permission, we collect and store a device push token linked to your account. This token is used solely to send transactional notifications, such as new message alerts. We use Expo's push service, which forwards notifications to Apple APNs or Google FCM. No personal data is included in notification payloads — only a message preview and your unread count. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings. Push tokens are permanently deleted when your account is deleted.

If an advertisement has messaging enabled, registered users may send and receive private messages through the platform. We collect and store: • Message content • Sender and receiver identifiers • Message timestamps and read receipts (seen status) Messages are private 1-on-1 conversations tied to an advertisement. An automated content filter rejects messages containing prohibited language. You may delete your copy of a conversation or block other users at any time. All message data is permanently deleted when your account is deleted.
